Physician Supply Co, "ALPHA" A65 laser labels. Provides self-sticking label sections at top with die cut rounded corners that include a vial label plus warning labels that peel-off as one unit, yet warning labels may be easily detached. Vial label size is a reduced size to fit small containers, lower portion of form is bond paper for patient education messages. Laser printer compatible label forms are 8 1/2 X 11 size including patient counseling message area.
- Compatible with: LASER printer, ideally a single tray.
- Not compatible with an INKJET.
