Track an Order

1. "Sign in" to your www.MDSupplies.com account

2. Select the "Account" drop-down menu to the top right-hand side

3. Select "Track Shipments"

 

Create a Return

1. "Sign in" to your www.MDSupplies.com account

2. Select the "Account" drop-down menu to the top right-hand side

3. Select "View My Orders" from the top right-hand side drop-down menu

4. Select the "Order Id" that contains the item(s) you'd like to return

5.Click the "Return/Replace Products" button towards the bottom of the order

Send Documentation

For all injectables, drugs, pharmaceuticals, and some other products we need a copy of your professional license(s). Specific products are marked accordingly when this is required. If your or2. Tax Exemption orders require a copy of the exemption form for qualification.

These documents can be uploaded to your order,emailed, or faxed to us.

Upload documents:

3. Select "View My Orders" from the top right-hand side drop-down menu

4. Select "Order ID"

5. Select "Add Attachments" link

6. Select "File Type", "Choose File" to upload and click the "Upload" button.

Pay an Invoice or help with a Declined Payment

Add a Payment Method:

1. "Sign in" to your www.MDSupplies.com account

2. Select the "Account" drop-down menu to the top right-hand side

3. Select "Manage Payment Methods" from the top right-hand side drop-down menu

4. Click "Add Payment Method"

5. Fill in the fields and click "Submit"

6. Notify us of the new payment method for processing

Password Recovery Steps:

1) Visit: www.MDSupplies.com

2) Locate: "Sign In" at the top right-hand side

3) Click link: "Trouble logging in?"

4) Follow the prompts for the password recovery

5) Follow the prompts received via text/email to recover the password

6) Sign in to www.MDSupplies.com using the new sign-in credentials

Note: Your password should match identically to how it was set to.

*Be careful of any auto-type ahead texts that may populate on your devices such as capitalization and spaces. All CAPS is off, as the username and password are case-sensitive.
