Return Policy
Our return policy follows that of our manufacturers and vendors. Products needing to be returned follow the specific return policy of the manufacturer or vendor that the product was shipped from. For the vast majority of our manufacturers, vendors, and products, there is a 30 day or greater return policy. Some products are not returnable. You can choose either an exchange or refund of the purchase price less the shipping costs. In addition to the manufacturer or vendor return policy, there is a 10% administration fee.
For all manufacturers and vendors, no returns or cancellations are accepted for special ordered products.
For all manufacturers and vendors, no returns or cancellations are accepted on parts for any reason other than an error by the manufacturer, vendor, or us.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse the order upon delivery, in which case the standard return policy for the item will apply, and we will deduct the return shipping costs from any credit that may be due to you.
An RMA number is required on all returns.
All returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please request one by contacting our Customer Support department. Customer Support will then email return instructions to the email on file. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
No Credit will be given for items returned without an RMA number. If the return isn't honored the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Products must be returned in original packaging and in brand new condition.
If a product arrives to you damaged in shipping, or with parts missing, please notify us within 5 days. We're happy to send you a replacement product or part as soon as possible.
