What is your Shipping Policy?
MDSupplies' Shipping Policy follows that of our manufacturers and vendors.
While most vendors will ship orders within 24-48 business hours, each item will need to be reviewed for specific shipping information (i.e. Lead Time, Cold Shipping, Freight Fees, etc.).
Due to global supply chain issues, some warehouses are experiencing delays and these time frames are not guaranteed.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in this notification will be your shipment details: a link to your tracking number(s) and the items shipped. We encourage you to track your packages online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
Where is my order shipping from?
MDSupplies works with many manufacturers and vendors that have warehouses located all throughout the United States. Your order will ship from one of the United States-based warehouses that stock your product(s) and is also, located closest to your shipping location.
How does my order ship?
There are two basic methods of shipping:
Small Parcel - Whenever possible, orders will ship standard ground via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available.
Our vendors typically do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep or have specific delivery instructions, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door with your specified instructions. Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note. Certain carriers also have delivery instructions that you may set up within your own business/residential account settings.
Truck Delivery - Items that may be too large and/or heavy to ship via small parcel ground transit are shipped via Truck Delivery. This is different from the standard ground shipments via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Upon receiving your delivery, please make sure that you inspect the package(s). If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your problem will be solved as soon as possible. Also, be sure to count the number of pieces received and verify it matches the number on the sheet (BOL) of the driver before you sign. We will not be able to claim anything after signing that your delivery was received in good condition. For many shippers, any claim for shortage or damage unless marked on delivery receipt from the carrier may not be honored. Any claim must be reported within 3 business days. Heavier or larger items may require a Life Gate Service, Inside Delivery and/or Special Delivery. We will reach out to you if this may be needed to ensure a successful and easy delivery; however, contact us if you would like to add on any of these services.
How much does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs follow those of our manufacturers and vendors. Heavier items may be exempt from Standard Shipping rates. In this instance, a freight quote will be provided to you based on your order and shipping location and will require your approval prior to proceeding. We reserve the right to make the necessary corrections due to an electronic error.
Free Shipping:
Shipping costs follow those of our manufacturers and vendors. Any item marked FREE SHIPPING in your shopping cart, will incur no additional shipping charge. This is vendor-specific and varies for each vendor.
Add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Standard Free Shipping covers ground shipping within the Contiguous United States only (AK, HI, and PR are not included).
If your order also contains items that don't qualify for FREE SHIPPING you'll be charged shipping only for those items. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart per vendor. If you delete a qualifying item from the cart, an updated shipping charge will be applied.
When Will My Order Arrive?
This depends on the vendor(s) you choose to make up the order. Our vendors ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Other items require a longer time. Due to the pandemic and global supply chain issues, some warehouses are experiencing delays, and our normal 24-48 shipment time frame is not guaranteed.
For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days after your order is picked up from the warehouse. For expedited services such as 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, your order's travel time is locked into the given speed you select after the item leaves the warehouse.
Please note: all estimated delivery times are counted in business days only. Weekends and holidays are not considered delivery days. So for example, if you order on Friday and select standard overnight shipping, it will be delivered to you on Monday, NOT Saturday. If you want Saturday delivery, you will have to select a Priority overnight shipping method.
International Shipments **
Most of our vendors do ship internationally. Please make a note in checkout if it is not clear from the product listing information.
If a Freight Forwarder is used, the following terms will apply: MDSupplies will not be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they are delivered to the freight forwarder.

Back-Ordered Products
On occasion, vendors have products that are depleted of stock and go on backorder. You'll see your items marked as backordered (or BO) on your invoice and throughout the system. As soon as your item has been restocked, it will ship to you. You'll never pay additional shipping on backordered merchandise. Sometimes, MDSupplies is not notified of the backorder until after your order submission; in which case, we will update you immediately via email. Any backordered dates provided, are an estimated restock date of when the vendor anticipates having that item back in the warehouse. This is an estimated date and not guaranteed. Your order may ship before this date but also, this date may be extended. Items on backorder may be canceled at any time as long as, the item purchased does not state it's "Non-Cancellable" and has not yet been shipped.
