How Will My Order Ship?
Our shipping policy follows that of our manufacturers and vendors. Products ship, as specified by the vendor that the product was shipped from.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your order will be a tracking number(s) for your shipment. We encourage you to track your packages online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
There are two basic methods of shipment available: Small Parcel and Truck Delivery:
Small Parcel - Whenever possible vendors will ship via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell. If you prefer a specific method, please put a note in the order.
Our vendors typically do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Truck Delivery - Many items on our website are too large and/or heavy to ship via UPS/FedEx, so they are shipped via Truck Delivery. Truck Delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx, or US Mail.
Upon receiving your delivery, please make sure that you inspect the package(s). Freight damage happens on less than 1% of all freight shipments. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your problem will be solved as soon as possible. Also be sure to count the number of pieces received that it matches the number on the sheet (BOL) of the driver before you sign. We will not be able to claim anything after signed received in good condition.

How much Does Shipping Cost?
Our website automatically calculates shipping cost based on standard shipping algorithms. We reserve the right to make the necessary corrections due to an electronic error.
If the product page says "Ships by Truck", then the normal shipping policy will not apply.
Place any item marked FREE SHIPPING in your shopping cart and there is no additional shipping charge. This is vendor specific and varies for each vendor. Just proceed to checkout. Standard Free shipping covers ground shipping within the Contiguous United States only (AK, HI and PR are not included).
If your order also contains items that don't qualify for FREE SHIPPING you'll be charged shipping only for those items. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart per vendor. If you delete a qualifying item from cart the updated shipping charge will be applied.
When Will My Order Arrive?
This depends on the vendor(s) you choose to make up the order.
Our vendors ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Other items require a longer time.
*International Shipments: Most of our vendors do ship internationally. Please make a note in checkout if it is not clear from your account information.
For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days after your order is picked up from the warehouse. For expedited services such as 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, your order's travel time is locked in to the given speed you select after the item leaves the warehouse.
Please note; all estimate delivery times are counted in business days only. Weekends and holidays is not considered a delivery day. So for example if you order on Friday and select standard overnight shipping, it will be delivered to you on Monday NOT Saturday. If you want Saturday delivery, you will have to select a Priority overnight shipping method.
On occasion vendors have products go on back-order. You'll see your items marked as back-ordered (or BO) on your invoice and throughout the system. Your products will ship as soon as they are available from the vendor. You'll never pay additional shipping on back ordered merchandise, and you may cancel at any time.
