I found that these 3 x 5 bags fit 8 crayons upright and laid flat. 24 crayons also fit snugly in the bag. They also held both 3 oz dukal and small oval dial bars nicely.

These came packed 100 in a slightly larger zip bag. I used thumb and forefinger to rub in opposite directions along the zipper to open them easily. I'll be using these for the dukal unwrapped 3 oz bars of soap and for packaging some bulk crayons I purchased for my www.operationchristmaschild.com shoebox kids. at 7/10 of a cent each, MD Supplies is my new go to for all non food storage needs.
